Fostering can be hard at times, but the reward of watching a neglected, abandoned or abused dog or cat blossom into their own and find their forever family is one of the most rewarding experiences you’ll ever have. By opening up a kennel for another animal, you will be saving a life.

As one of our foster parents, Pender Humane Society will provide everything you need for a successful fostering experience, including crates, dog and cat gear, food, treats and toys. We also pay for all necessary vetting. All you provide is a soft place to land and lots of love.
