​Take I-40 to exit 398. Turn onto Hwy 53 West towards Burgaw and follow the Hwy 53 West signs into town of Burgaw. Continue through town on Hwy #53W. The shelter is located about one mile past Town of Burgaw on left hand side of road. A small, pale yellow building with green trim (our former For Our Furry Friends Store) is located in front of the shelter. Rooks Garden Center is located next door and if you pass it you’ve gone too far
